Community Beginners Pilates Class

Please Note: From 26th January we will be moving to the upstairs room in Harmony Hall and the time is changing to 6.30pm.

Come join me for a fun and energizing Pilates class designed for beginners! Whether you're new to Pilates, have had some time off and need to refresh your skills, or want to get back to basics, breaking down the moves, this class is perfect for you. Get ready to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, improve your posture and enhance your overall well-being. The class will be held at Harmony Hall, so don't forget to bring your exercise mat and water bottle. Let's work on our goals together in a supportive and friendly community environment.
