Whether you're new to Pilates, have had some time off and need to refresh your skills, or want to get back to basics, breaking down the moves, this class is perfect for you. The class will be held at Walthamstow Toy Library, in the upstairs room, so don't forget to bring your exercise mat and water bottle.
