Start and finish your week strong with Pippa Pilates! This free/donation-based class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether youāre a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend.
What to expect:
ā A dynamic 45-minute Pilates session
ā Focus on strength, flexibility & posture
ā A feel-good workout to boost energy & reduce stress
ā Mixed ability class ā all levels welcome (ages 18+)
ā Group setting (max 14 people)
