Enjoy a 50-minute pilates class in a serene event space at YUST, focusing on strength, flexibility and mind-to-body connection.
Depending on your chosen session, you can enjoy healthy bites and refreshing juices either before or after your class. Expect matcha from Yuki Matcha and kombucha by Jarr.
