"I am Marie, a yoga teacher with a passion for movement, health, nutrition, and nature.In addition to my weekly yoga classes, I work as a physiotherapist and offer personalized nutrition and lifestyle advice as an orthomolecular therapist.My goal is to provide you with different ways to feel more energetic, to get to know your body, and to learn to listen to it."
About the Yoga session: What can you expect from the yoga? Energy and relaxation.A Vinyasa flow of about 45 minutes to get your body moving, break out of daily patterns, with attention to your breathing and relaxation in your body.Nothing complicated, floaty, or boring—everyone is welcome!
