CANLAST Productions, and Your Soul Shall Net Work in partnership with Yelp NoVa, are proud to present the first ever PHIL DAY FEST: MERKADO 🇵🇭 ⭐ at Crescendo Studios on Saturday (5:00 PM -11:00 PM) July 11, 2026.
From the festival scene . . . we are transforming the space into a night market, transporting guests to the streets of Manila. Spend your summer night with us . . . BBQ on a stick, crispy lumpia and add a refreshing cup of Halo-Halo (don't worry about those 7-Eleven slurpies, these are better *wink*).
You'll get a chance to peruse our favorite vendors, with the vibes of a barrio fiesta complete with:
- Your favorite food, beverage and craft vendors
- Fresh Buko Juice in the coconut shell
- Free activities tent
- Bounce house
- Sari Sari Store
- Traditional Filipino games
- Line-Dancing tutorial
- Filipino music videos and dramas played on an epic outdoor screen!
- Photobooth with prints to save the memories!
We didn't stop there! CANLAST Productions, in collaboration with the hottest party promoter in the area, DMV Filipino Socials is hosting an "underground lounge":
- Bar with Filipino liquor, beers and cocktails
- JLA PH (Filipino RnB trio from Philadelphia) Concert
- Mahjong, sungka and cards all night
- Video DJing with DJ Miguel (karaoke)
- Carabao / Bull riding
- 360 photo booth
- Performance by Lucy J
- Adult + traditional games combo
- Line-dancing tutorial
- Lounge with video games
Tickets are required for entry at the night market (5:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and entry is based on a ticketed first come, first serve basis. Entry into the event is $5.
To watch the concert (7:00 PM - 11:00 PM), and enjoy the bar in the underground lounge, please see ticket price. "High School" and Over allowed. High Schoolers will have to show School ID to enter. Wristbands will be provided.
Children under 10 are free (must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times).
The event is rain or shine.
