What to expect:

*** Sides ***

- Tabbouleh vibrant salad featuring finely chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes, and onions, with bulgur wheat, all tossed in a zesty lemon juice and olive oil dressing

- House made Hummus spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini (sesame paste), lemon juice, and garlic, typically garnished with olive oil, paprika, and parsley

* Head Brewer Russ' FAMOUS fakasha bread 

- Lebanese rice pilaf made by toasting broken vermicelli noodles in butter or olive oil until golden brown. Long-grain rice or basmati rice is then sautéed in the fat, cooked in water or broth, and seasoned with salt

*** Mains ***

- Shish Tawook skewered chicken dish. The chunks of chicken are marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and spices, then grilled to juicy perfection.

- Shish kebab marinated, cubed beef and vegetables grilled on skewers. The beef is marinated to tenderize with ingredients yogurt, lemon, and spices, and then grilled alongside vegetables (bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes).

- Kafta kabobs (also known as kofta or kefta) seasoned ground meat— (beef) — mixed with finely minced onions, fresh parsley, and warm spices. The beef is molded into oblong shapes, on flat skewers, and grilled over hot coals

$27 and you will be served: Rice, hummus, tabbouleh and your choice of 2 skewers and 1 draft of beer (we recommend Habibi)
