This will be the perfect weekend break to get away to relax – unwind –recharge yourself. We will be staying in a very high standard hotel which is in a perfect location 2 miles from the railway station and just 5mins from the A1 (M)The hotel has excellent accommodation, facilities, excellent cuisine, swimming pool, Jacuzzi , spa and steam room, and a beauty salon. The hotel setting is close to scenic and pleasant walks by the river and lakes.
This weekend will be an excellent time to retreat from the everyday life, let go of the stress of life, some pampering, either in the beauty salon within the hotel or by booking in for some holistic treats.

Yoga classes– All classes are for all levels, please bring your own mat, cushion, blanket, yoga strap

There is a country park nearby so pack your waterproof clothing and boots
