Pet Photography w/ NCE: Hands-On Workshop

Take your pet photography skills to the next level! Join us at a private studio in Minneapolis for a 3-hour pet photography workshop, sponsored by Tamron. Led by NCE educator and professional photographer Becky Clark, the workshop begins with a presentation and live demo, followed by hands-on shooting in small groups across two studio bays.
Whether you’re a seasoned photographer or a pet lover looking to sharpen your skills, this is a great chance to practice, ask questions, and walk away with real images for your portfolio. Becky and NCE Photo Experts will offer guidance throughout the workshop, and each attendee will take home a full-color, spiral-bound workshop guide to keep exploring pet photography after the workshop ends.
Tamron Reps Eric Sives and Armando Flores will be on-site with a selection of loaner lenses for Sony E, Nikon Z, Fujifilm X, and Canon RF mirrorless systems, which will be available to try out throughout the event. It’s a great chance to test new gear in a live shooting environment, even if you don’t currently shoot with Tamron lenses.

LOANER GEAR
Tamron Reps Eric and Armando will be on-site with a selection of loaner lenses for Sony E, Nikon Z, Fujifilm X, and Canon RF mirrorless systems, available to try out throughout the event. It’s a great chance to test new gear in a live shooting environment, even if you don’t currently shoot with Tamron lenses. A valid photo ID is required to check out loaner gear.
BE PREPARED
Bring your camera, charged batteries, and extra memory cards. All camera brands are welcome—feel free to bring your own lenses too, or take advantage of the Tamron loaner gear on site. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Free parking and restrooms are available on site. To keep the studio space comfortable for all the animals involved, please leave your own pets at home. Pet models will be provided for the workshop.
