Makenzie, Founder of KAKAO Ceremonial Drinking Chocolate is coming to SF this fall for her "Peace Tour" to share KAKAO x Kava Ceremonies.The intention for the PEACE TOUR is to collectively cultivate frequencies of peace, oneness & harmony, in the middle of what could be a chaotic and divisive time in the USA.
This ceremonial circle will include an introduction to both ceremonial-grade cacao + ceremonial-grade 'awa (Hawaiian kava). This circle is a safe space for connection, receiving, slowing down, dropping into our hearts and rising into our higher selves.
You can expect a short guided meditation, heart opening music to support the journey and a sharing circle.
These gatherings are typically around 2 hours, but to be safe block 3 hours on your calendar. Nursing mamas and babies are welcome in the space.
Please bring: A full water bottle to stay hydrated.
General schedule:
- 2pm: Arrive and check in
- 215pm: Introduction from Makenzie and support team.
- Sharing of 'awa (hawaiian kava) in the sacred strain called Mo'i; will include a guided meditation and song/chant for you to fully receive the power of this ancient plant from the pacific islands, which is known as the plant of peace and root of happiness.
- Transition into the KAKAO portion; receive a cup of hot ceremonial grade cacao; will include an invocation and intentionally curated music for you to fully receive the nourishment of this sacred medicine, known as a heart opener and access to abundance throughout central and south america.
- Closing circle with an option to share.
