Join us for our amazing oceanside all-level Yoga Flow of postures, mindful breath movement, and meditation. Soak in the views, listen to a feel-good musical playlist, and release by the shore with a cool-down aromatherapy refresher ♥

This special event will leave you rejuvenated, centered, and ready to celebrate the last day of 2024 with an open heart.

The teacher will demonstrate with modifications of poses and clear verbal directions over a high-quality sound system. No pressure to do all the movements. We are a judgment-free healing and happiness zone open to all.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check in, meet the teacher, and spend time settling into the oceanside beauty of Lauderdale Beach.

✧ WHAT TO BRING? : Large beach towel, or blanket for a wider coverage over sand. Yoga mat is NOT needed for this event. Water to drink, sunglasses, sunscreen and something to protect your items from sea mist/rain, or an extra towel if you dip into the ocean.

This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores are at NE 9th st and hotels start one block south at Belmar..

We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecasts and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Our conditions at our event location can be very different than other side of town. If the weather is iffy at our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab on the website's home page. If we cancel, it will be announced at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.

Bring a towel or water-resistant cover. Sea mist and light rain can happen during the event.
