Surrounded by peaceful pastures, we'll begin with a nature-inspred opening ceremony, followed by intentional journaling. After a short break with light refreshments, we'll join the horses "in the heard" for a guded equine experience. We'll conclude with gentle stretching and meditation, and you'll leave feeling renewed, calm, and ready to apply your learnings to everyday life (and with a gift bag containg items to pamper yourself!).

You will:

- be inspired by an insightful reading with a journaling prompt 📝

- experience the therapeutic benefits of a guided experience in the presence of horses 🐴

- enjoy a relaxing gentle stretch class 🧘🏻‍♀️

- leave with new self-awareness and a gift bag to continue self-care at home 🛁🕯️🛍️
