We are excited to announce a recurring sound bath held on the first Saturday of every month at Elevated Energy Healing - Sound and Wellness Studio!
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of over 15 different healing instruments with two practitioners. Surround sound includes gongs monochord hand pan drums crystal harp angel harp hand pan crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and many others.
This relaxing and restorative sound journey helps clear energy balance chakras and promote deep relaxation.
Stay for tea mingling fun and shopping after!
No prior experience necessary. Mats and blankets provided. Chairs available if you prefer to sit. Just bring yourself and anything for your comfort a pillow eye mask journal water bottle and an open heart. We provide everything else!
