PBS39's Be My Neighbor Day with Daniel Tiger

Be My Neighbor Day is back at the Univest Public Media Center in Bethlehem on Saturday, April 18!

Learn about what makes our homes - love, caring, and togetherness. It’s going to be a grr-ific day for our free, family-friendly event!

We invite you to:

• Take a photo with Daniel Tiger!
• Create a birdhouse or bughouse
• Make a cozy home for a stuffed animal
• Decorate kindness cards to share with neighbors
• Enjoy story times centered on home
• …and more!

Important Note: This year, we will offer timed sessions that include a photo opportunity with Daniel Tiger to provide better flow in our building. If you have any questions, reach out to [email protected].

Registration opens March 7, 2026.

Be My Neighbor Day is supported by PNC Grow Up Great® and Fred Rogers Productions.

We ask our neighbors, if you are able, to bring in a toiletry item to help support our community partner, New Bethany.

Donations are welcome the day of the event, and can also be dropped off at our front desk any day April 13 - 17.
