This is not a traditional Pilates class.
It’s an immersive movement journey.
Before we begin, you’ll be invited to pull your Enchanted Forest Creature card — a symbolic guide for your journey. Each creature carries a different energy you can embody during class: strength, intuition, resilience, grounding, flow.

You’ll move through a thoughtfully designed full-body Pilates flow woven into a guided story set deep within an enchanted woodland. Along the way, you may be asked to choose your path…

Will you follow the glow of the blue mushroom or the golden light of the yellow?

Each choice unlocks a different movement sequence — upper-body strength, lower-body flow, or core-focused magic. The class subtly shifts based on the group’s decisions, making every experience slightly unique.
