� � Patient Engagement Event - Tuesday 2nd June� �
We are holding a patient engagement event on Tuesday 2nd June between 5:30pm and 7pm.
Our aim is to help you get the most from your healthcare. Not sure who to speak to? this event will help guide you.
Take the opportunity to learn more and sign up to our patient participation group (PPG), our PPG collaborate with us by communicating experiences, interests and feedback in order to improve services and facilities offered by the surgery.
We will have stalls for:
Carer support - Home Instead & Carers Trust
Dementia support
Wellbeing Co-ordinators
‘Who we are’
and much more!
Refreshments will be provided.
All patients are welcome - we would love to see you there!
