This immersive experience will guide you into a state of tranquility through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike, this sound bath is designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance.
As you lie down in a comfortable position, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where the harmonious vibrations will wash over you, helping to release tension and foster a sense of peace.
**What to Bring:**
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- Blanket and pillow for added comfort
