Your breath is always with you, yet most of us rarely learn how to use it consciously.
In this workshop, we'll explore the basics of breathing and how some easy techniques can already influence our energy levels, stress response, focus, and sense of calm. Through simple movement, guided breath practices, and reflection, you'll discover practical techniques to bring more balance to your day.
No previous experience with yoga or breathwork is required. Come as you are, in comfortable clothes.

Yoga is often associated with physical postures, but it is also a practice of breath, self-awareness, rest, and mindfulness. The benefits extend beyond movement. And for the change to happen, it first needs to begin.
Paths into Yoga is a series of small-group discovery workshops offering an accessible introduction to the many facets of yoga: from body awareness and breathwork to deep relaxation, meditation, and mindful creativity.
Whether you're completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or already practising and curious about specific aspects, these workshops explore practical tools that may support physical and mental wellbeing in everyday life.
Each workshop can be attended individually or as part of the full journey.
