Thursday October 10 is World Mental Health Day. Together, let's get out of our heads and into our bodies! Bring your friend and play around in partner yoga. Through movement and play, our stress hormones reduce, our immunity increases, our bodies feel better and we think clearly! lululemon with Power Yoga Canada Sudbury, has created this fundraising initiative to encourage our community to COME OUT AND PLAY!
