Move with Intention
Join us at China Basin Park for some time outside to connect with your body and mind. We will start with a 30 minute mat pilates class followed by a mind mapping session to help you set visions, goals and intentions for 2025. Whether you've done pilates before or it is your first time, we have you covered! With modifications and ways to spice it up, all levels are welcome. If you don't have a journal or paper and pen to bring, don't worry, we will have extra! Come as you are and let's move with intention together.
