Skender + KMW Communities JV, with ZPACT Developers, SPM Properties & Development, Park Manor Christian Church, 6th Ward Alderman Will Hall, Revolution Workshop, and Tandem Ventures are sponsoring a construction hiring fair the upcoming Park Manor Senior Residences of Chatham project. On site construction opportunities have been made available for union card holders and we are looking to fill them with residents from the community. Come and hear from our subcontractors about the opportunities they will be seeking for this project, and hear from our employment partner, Revolution Workshop, about their pre-apprentice and professional pathways programs.
