Parisien Gourmandises Viennoiserie Masterclass

In this class, students will be able to make both plain and chocolate croissants from scratch, mastering the process of lamination, dough handling, and shaping. They will also gain the confidence to replicate these recipies at home!

This is a 3.5 hour, hands on class, going over the entire croissant making process from start to finish.
