The kids are back in school, and it's time for some much needed relaxation!Parents are invited to join us from 9-12 on Thursday, August 14 for lots of fun!
Enjoy our restful Stretch & Release Yoga class at 9:30 am with Amy! Just $20! Pay at the door (cash, card, or digital wallet).
Then stick around to enjoy coffee, tea, pastries, relaxing coloring, supportive conversation, and more!
Yoga goes from 9:30-10:30 and ALL are welcome! This class is specifically designed to help you stretch out and rest. It is perfect for beginners, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
Enjoy the morning with us! Drop in for a little while, or stay the whole time!
