Join us for a soul-nourishing Community Hatha Yoga class designed for all levels—from first-timers to seasoned yogis. This class is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, making wellness accessible to all.

Together, we’ll move, breathe, and restore balance in a welcoming, inclusive space.

• Strengthen and align your body
• Improve flexibility and balance
• Calm your mind and reduce stress
• Boost energy and clarity
• Cultivate inner peace and spiritual awareness

This is your chance to “be with your flo.”

• BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat
• Wear or bring comfortable clothes & water bottle
• Willingness to show up just as you are

We believe in building community across generations.

• Children ages 8+ are welcome to participate with a parent/guardian.
• Younger children or non-participants can relax in our Quiet Corner with books, coloring, and cozy rest space.
• Please note: no formal childcare is provided.

Suggested Donation $10 - $25. Your contribution helps support wellness access for all. No one turned away for lack of funds.
