🧘‍♀️Are you looking for some play and bonding time with your child? This heart centered experience is for you! Join your child on the mat for breathing techniques, yoga and sound healing exploration.
🤸WHAT TO EXPECT?
-Engage in Several Breathing and Coping Techniques
-Yoga, Movement and Partner Poses
-Sound Healing Exploration and Manipulation of Sound Healing Instruments-(you will be surprised at how well our children are masters at this)
-Ending Meditation
-Closing Circle
-Community Connection…this is a great opportunity to connect with like minded parents, while the children form new friendships.
🔑This session is fun and playful, along with having a positive long lasting impact on you and your child.
➡️With over 10 years of experience teaching yoga and sound healing for kids & caregivers I have seen firsthand the benefits and peace it brings to their hearts.
❣️AGES: 5 and Up
❣️PLEASE NOTE: The ticket is for ONE child and ONE adult.
Limited Space: 6 Tickets
Yoga mats provided, but feel free to bring your own, as kids love to show me they have their own mat.
Another thing is…if this sparks your interest and you have little to no yoga experience-no worries…that’s the fun of it-PLAY!
