PAR DUATHLON - THE HAREA smooth, mostly closed road circuit and a spectator friendly track run course – Par Duathlon (run – bike – run) is a treat whether you are a hare or a tortoise. With flat Sprint, Super Sprint and Junior (5-16y) courses for all abilities, Par Duathlon is the perfect start to the Cornish Tri season.

Event Distances:
LITTLE HARE: 2.5k run | 10k bike | 2.5k run
BIG HARE: 5k run | 20k bike | 2.5k run
JUNIOR EVENTS (5-16y)
Take on the non-timed Micro Hare (5-8Y), a real highlight for aspiring triathletes, or compete in your age group in the junior event, the Mini Hare (8-16y). More info: intotri.com/event/mini-hare

5-8y: 300m run - 600m bike - 150m run
8: 400m run – 1.5k bike – 200m run
9y-10y: 1.0k run – 1.5k bike – 0.5k run
11-12y: 1.5k run – 6.0k bike – 0.5k run
13-14y: 1.8k run – 7.5k bike – 0.9k run
15-16y: 2.5k run – 10k bike – 2.5k run
