Spooky Stories Edition - Unstructured Restorative Time - Move through poses at your own time and as you desire
Please select the appropriate event based on your desire for ON THE MAT or IN A SILK. There are two events listed at the same time based on these options. $13 on the mat, $20 in a silk, limited spaces available.
Chill out on your mat or in a low-hung hammock silk while we listen to spooky short stories. Nikki will offer some pose suggestions at the beginning of class, but you may move into your desired restful poses as you wish throughout the event.
Wear comfy clothes and just R E L A X
The studio also provides props such as bolster pillows, blocks, and blankets, or you may bring your own.
Please no zippers, metal, or jewelry if you are in a hammock silk.
