  1.)Guided meditation to connect to your inner child and to discover core limiting beliefs or stories
  2.) Journaling session to identify what to release
  3.)Painting session to release old emotions or stories
  4.)Dance party
  5.)Guided meditation to connect with your highest self
  6.)Journal session to write out high frequency affirmations
  7.) Painting session to express emotions and beliefs that align with your highest self.
