Evening skill booster ZIZ - contemporary dance class

On the evening classes we will dive deeper into techniques like floorwork, contemporary acro, partnering by the guidance of our master teacher in a secure, non judgemental environment.Movement patterns of this class will challenge our 360-degree awareness of the body as we move through space and explore inversions.Our main focus will be on the relationship of the spine, floor, and space - finding and maintaining balance, using suspension and the power of letting go in oder to go further.Exercises will engage and gently challenge participants’ minds and bodies, while across-the-floor phrases emphasize dynamic specificity and full-bodied fluidity. Stress-free yet very informative and craft developing class for every level.
