Unfold your creativity one page at a time in Pages & Possibilities—a unique class that combines art journaling with wellness-focused exploration. Each session offers a new prompt or exercise, guiding you to transform blank pages into meaningful reflections using paint, collage, writing, and mixed media techniques.This month's theme is Creative Currents - where you will explore the areas that need a bit more of a relaxed flow through art exercises and journal prompts.
Your journal becomes a personal sanctuary—part sketchbook, part diary, part creative playground—where possibilities are endless, and self-expression knows no rules. This class is beginner-friendly yet engaging for experienced creators, offering inspiration and guidance while leaving plenty of room for personal style.
Pages & Possibilities is an invitation to begin exactly where you are—one page at a time. This workshop blends art journaling, mixed media, light watercolor/acrylic touches, collage, and reflective prompts to help you explore ideas, emotions, and stories without pressure or perfection.
There is no right way to do this work. Some pages may be layered and expressive; others quiet and minimal. The focus is on process, curiosity, and permission—letting the page hold what you’re not ready to say out loud yet.
What to expect

Ages 12 and older.
~ You are required to bring a journal to use for this course. Journals are available at the studio for $10 each.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified by email and your registration fee will be fully refunded.
