Knitting Basics (Grandmother's Favorite Dishcloth)Sunday, April 12, 2026

Cost: $45 per participant-Scholarships Available
In this beginner-friendly knitting class, students will learn the foundational skills of knitting while creating a classic dishcloth inspired by Grandmother’s favorite dishcloth pattern. Participants will learn how to cast on, knit the basic knit stitch, increase and decrease stitches, and cast off their work. By the end of class, students will have started their own dishcloth and gained the confidence to continue knitting at home.
Each student will keep their yarn, knitting needles, and pattern to complete the dishcloth after class at their own pace.
