Open Palette is a fun, relaxed class where creativity and exploration take center stage. Each session kicks off with a mini lesson to introduce a new skill, technique, or idea, and then it’s all yours to freestyle—bring your own project, start something new, or just play with materials - every 2nd Saturday of the month. This month's mini lesson will be on layering with transparent mediums - glazes and washes.
It’s a space for trying new things, getting feedback, and sharing ideas with fellow artists. Guidance is always there if you want it, but mostly it’s about experimenting, learning, and enjoying the creative process.
Ages 12 and up.
Bring your own project to work on after the mini lesson - all supplies will be included for your mini lesson. If you need to use studio supplies for your personal project, a fee of $5 per session will be required.
