As part of HCA Healthcare UK, The Portland Hospital stands out as the only independent hospital in the UK dedicated solely to women and children, proudly holding the title of the country’s leading private maternity hospital. Our specialised inpatient and outpatient services reflect our commitment to clinical excellence in Paediatrics, Obstetrics, and Women’s Health. Our Paediatric wards feature 53 inpatient beds, including 11 day-case beds, all equipped with cutting-edge technology to deliver advanced medical and surgical care. Our 14-bed Paediatric Intensive Care Unit is designed to address the complex needs of our young patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care. 

In maternity, we offer luxury services with 16 post-natal beds and 5 labour rooms, all thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and support as our team guide people through one of life’s most significant moments. Who we are looking for?

We’re looking for a variety of colleagues to join our teams during an exciting period of growth at the hospital. If your currently hold an NMC registration and have experience in any of the below areas we’d love to hear from you:  

• Paediatrics  

• PICU  

• Midwifery  

For a limited time, we’re also offering a £10,000 welcome bonus to any new Paediatric or PICU Nurses that successfully join the team.

What do we need from you?

• For Nurse roles in Paediatrics / PICU – a current MNC children’s nursing registration
• For Midwifery – a current NMC midwifery registration

What will happen on the day

The event will run from 10:00am to 2:00pm giving you the chance to meet some of our clinical leaders, hear about their teams and departments, speak to our recruiters about our open roles as well as interview on the day. We’ll be providing light refreshments throughout.
