FSSC Skills Based Organisation Framework Launch - "Building your future-ready workforce: How to become a skills-based organisation"

We will be launching our Skills Based Organisation (SBO) Framework on Thursday 14 November, 08:00 – 10:30. The work has been supported by PwC and we will be holding this event at their offices at Embankment.

The skills-based approach is becoming increasingly important to improving productivity and equipping colleagues with the skills needed to be future-ready and fuel growth. We have worked with our members to develop the Framework which supports organisations to better understand what it means to be skills-based.

At the event, our members will share insights into the importance of a skills-based approach, the journey they are taking and how the Framework is guiding their efforts. It will also be an opportunity for firms to discuss challenges and successes around the skills-based approach.

This will be a hybrid event. We have limited in-person spaces, which will be prioritised for FSSC members, on a first-come-first-served basis. If you would like to join in-person, please register your interest and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm whether we have availability. However, online places are available for anyone who would like to join us.
