We’re taking over The Padel Yard - London’s hottest new spot in Vauxhall Square - every Sunday in July for a morning of movement, connection, and seriously good vibes.

Swap your sunday-morning hangovers for the wellness event of the season - it's time to enter your Padel and Pilates era! Not played Padel before but have been wanting to give it a try? Then this is the event for you. Come alone, or bring your bestie. Free Soul events are made for meeting like-minded girls and leaving with a new group chat.

What to expect:

Padel: Three courts, rotating matches of Padel, the best way to meet new people and try Padel for the first time (Beginners and Padel pros welcome!)

Pilates: Unwind and reconnect together with a sunsoaked Pilates session. Mats provided.

Goodbyes & Goodie Bags: Cool down with Free Soul Greens and take home our exclusive goodie bags!

Please kindly note:This event is strictly open to those with a ticket only. Anyone without a valid ticket will not be admitted entry to the venue. There is a limited amount of tickets available, if you can no longer attend please let a member of the Free Soul team know so we can allow others to join us on the day.
