Join us for Lift_and_latte – a casual coffee meetup for fitness enthusiasts!

This is a free event (just grab your own coffee) where gym fans, CrossFitters, pilates , yogis, and anyone into staying active can connect, chat and hang out. Hosted by Vik the creator of Lift_and_Latte community, it’s a chill space to meet like-minded people and share your passion for movement over a brew.

What is it?A relaxed, social coffee meetup for gym & fitness enthusiasts, where you can make new friends

where you can:

• Socialise with new people who share your sporty habits
• Chat over a coffee post-gym or class
• Potentially meet people from the same gym, studio or park you train in
• Enter a fun giveaway hosted by a local small fitness brand
• Discover cool fitness-related small businesses - meet PeakGains - the offer a 🎁 give away preworkout powder for 1 lucky winner

When:🕚 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM(Please arrive on time – it’s a short & sweet event!)

Where:📍 601 Queens Road, 4Queens Road – meet us by the blue sofas

💡 What You Need to Know

• Open to all – gym-goers, runners, yoga lovers, Pilates people, lifters, you name it!
• Buy your own coffee
• Dress code? Whatever you’re comfy in – gym gear or casual is totally fine
• Tickets: Free - this is your RSVP – or just show up and register with Vik on-site.
• Please be aware that filming and photography may be taking place at this class. Photographs and footage may be used by Lift_and_latte limited on our social media channels. If you don't want to be filmed or photographed, please ask to speak to on the day.
