Introduction to esoteric hatha yoga – discovering the ancient practice of hatha yoga, not only as a tool to harmonise the body mind system but as a systematic way to modulate states of consciousness.
Introduction to Tantra yoga and its various branches taught at Tara including:

• The science of the chakras and the subtle energetic structures of the human being.
• The fundamental law of resonance as a means to achieving harmony and balance in life and as an essential key for spiritual evolution.

The session will also include a short practice of hatha yoga, music meditation and time for Q & A
