OUTSIDE WITH THE HOMEGIRLS

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for a restorative and empowering women-centered experience designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. This special gathering brings women together in community, movement, reflection, and conversation through a series of intentional wellness experiences.

The day will begin with an all-levels guided hike, creating space to connect with nature, move mindfully, and build community in a supportive environment. Following the hike, guests will flow into a grounding yoga session focused on breath, balance, and gentle movement accessible to all experience levels.

Homegirls will then be invited to relax into a calming sound bath experience designed to promote deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner reflection. The event will conclude with an inspiring mental health panel featuring women from diverse backgrounds sharing honest conversations around healing, resilience, self-care, and emotional wellness.

This event is created to foster connection, reduce stigma surrounding mental health, and encourage women to prioritize their wellbeing in a safe and uplifting space. Whether you come for movement, healing, community, or conversation, this gathering is an opportunity to pour back into yourself alongside other women walking similar journeys.
