Hello everyone :),
Id like to offer an outdoor bootcamp near cedar hill recreation centre. I enjoy teaching strength training and doing cardio in fun, interactive ways. I may have my kids with me and you are welcome to bring yours. I will bring equipment such as kettle bells, TRX and weights but if you have a yoga mat or weights, please bring them. Come have some fun in the park. Whether you are an athlete or just starting out in fitness, you will get something out of this workout. Suitable for all fitness levels. The site is a large green space with little foot traffic and will likely be fairly private. Lots of street parking and easy to find.
We will be outside rain or shine. I am charging a $10 drop-in just to cover the cost of the park permit, insurance, advertising and equipment but if cost is prohibitive, we would be happy to have to join with no pressure to contribute.
Saturdays at 9:45am, starting Saturday November 1st. Location is Wetherby Park. ***Please PM me if you intend to come.
