Join Meera from Osho Humaniversity (Netherlands), for a special Our Sacred Earth Meditation, to shake off the stress and worries that keep you from enjoying life.
What can I expect?
This event will awaken your energy and aliveness through a series of dances and shaking. Then you will rest silently and connect to mother earth, and finally meet others while hugging.
Who can take part?
This event is for anyone who would benefit from letting go of stress. You’ll need to be able to stand, dance and move for 1 hour.
Do I need any special clothing or equipment?
Please bring a yoga mat, wear loose clothes, bring a blanket, towel, and a spare t-shirt in case you sweat!
When?
5.30pm – 7.30pm – Wednesday 16th April, 2025
Running order: Intro + 1.10 hr Meditation + relaxing with tea
