A beautiful sunset meditation to ‘melt’ the rocklike being, transform repressed and blocked energy into bliss and joy and move it upwards into silence.Come join us for a fabulous somatic meditation and let go while gazing at the wonderful hills of Deeside. A fantastic way of unwinding and letting go at the end of the day, every Thursday for 6 weeks.
18th & 25th July & 1st 8th 15th & 22nd August, Aboyne.
Doors open at 5.30 / 6pm, arrive any time after 5,30 for a chat and a cuppa before we start, please come at 6 at the latest if this is your first time. Instructions will be given at 6pm and door locked at 6.25 sharp.
Meditation will begin 6.30 sharp and lasts an hour.
You are welcome to dip in to this offering as suits, we will run a 6-weeks with the possibly of picking up again in October.
Energy exchange is £12 per one time, £40, £50 or £60 for 4, 5 or 6 week passes.
KUNDALINI MEDITATION
This meditation is best done at sunset or in the late afternoon. Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to ‘melt’ the rocklike being, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked. Then that energy can flow, dance and be transformed into bliss and joy. The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, to move upward into silence. It is a highly effective way of unwinding and letting go at the end of the day.
The meditation is to be done with its specific OSHO Kundalini Meditation music, which indicates and energetically supports the different stages.
