Emma B guides you through nature, the body & your cellular memory to activate an expanded consciousness of the local plant world. These ceremonies draw on Nature Connection, Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, Sound & Voice, Tinctures & Channelled Art.
We may start outside in nearby nature spots, creating plant-based craft, teas or tinctures before going on a deep journey of relaxation where your consciousness can remember and re-connect with the plant realm.
Bring outdoor clothes and indoor comfies, head pillows, blankets and if you prefer your own, bring a yoga mat
