OPERATION: "Polli-Nation" | the IMPACT of BEES 'n "WEEDS" to human survival
About this Event
Every Spring, most people, without even THINKING about what they're really doing, follow the "program" and destroy every other species of "weeds" so that they can end up with a nice, homgenized, gentrified "carpet" of green grass every Summer.
I realize that most peole won't care one ioda about this systematic process of destruction, but for the ones of you with a conscience, understand that this "tradition" of killing off everything we don't like to look at, is literally DOOMING our own ability to SURVIVE on this planet.
Bumble Bees, who spend the whole winter in hibernation, rely on these so-called "WEEDS" as their first big meal after a long winter's nap. Without these "WEEDS" not only would the Bumble Bees completely die off, but the little critters of the world, like the wittle bunny wabbit, would also be left scratching their heads, thinking, "When are these stupid humans going to GET IT?"
That all being said, I assembled a wonderful group of artists for our June exhibition @TimelessArtsChicago, including Victoria Park, Ruth La Sure, JENN-Y, Maha the mysterious, Joseph "Art by Joe" Gagnepain and myself, Rob John Proue, and we've all created works of art dedicated to Nature's forgotten Heroes!
Please stop by and support not only these truly gifted artists, but our cause of STOPPING the systematic destruction of our own future survival. Sounds overly dramatic, maybe, but I think Dresden James said it best...
"When a well-packaged web of LIES has been sold graduually to the masses, over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous, and its speaker, a raving lunatic."

OPERATION: Polli-Nation OPENS on Saturday, June 6th from 6 to 9 PM
Closing Reception will be on the SECOND SATURDAY of July 11th, also 6 to 9 PM.
We are located at 3040 N. Ashland Ave. in CHICAGO, with free street parking all around the gallery, plust we're accessible to both CTA buses and trains.
This is a FREE EVENT open to ALL. If you're 21 & over you're welcome to B.Y.O.B., and please drink responsibly.
