A one off class to explore simple real world escapes and mindset.The class will be based on defending yourself from someone larger & stonger, in a safe and inclusive environment, and is therefore particularly suitable for ladies and teenagers but is
open to all from 13 years upwards. No experience needed just an open mind and a sense of humour.
The seminar will be run by Wootton JKR UK Shindo Jinen Ryu karate group by Paul Ives Sensei and Lia Howlett Sensei who between them have over 75 years of continuous practice in the martial arts..
