Join Mitchell, Plant Spirit Medicine Consultant, for one hour of exploring the benefits of different plant spirit medicine teas. This will be a weekly event through to the end of March, with new and different plant spirit medicine teas being explored each week. In this week's Plant Spirit Medicine Tea Sampling with Mitchell you will explore: Stinging Nettle and Yarrow and their known benefits around anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, blood sugar regulation, relief of arthritis pain, relief of hay fever symptoms, menstrual cramps, digestive upset, colds & fevers, and so much more!
In this fun one hour event, you will learn:
- how to identify the different plant spirit medicines used in teas
- where they grow
- about the benefits that each plant spirit medicine can provide
- cautionary information regarding the different teas and blends
- safe dosage amounts
- and more!
You will also get to sample the teas during the workshop, and receive a small sampling to take home to share with your family.
