Join Krystyna for her "Mudra Empowerment - Awakening the Energy Body" series. The series runs from Feb 26, every Thursday evening through to March 26th. The series will be held at the Harmony Hands Energy Healing Center located at Suite 302 - 4546 Park Avenue, Terrace, with parking in the back building's private parking lot. Access through the back door, at the back parking lot behind the building. What to expect:

A guided session using mudras held along your chakras.
We hold space for breath and intention as we use affirmations at each center to empower and awaken the energy. Listening within as we flow in our practice, paying attention to what comes up in the care of this practice. Krystyna holds space as the conduit in reiki love as we go on a journey through the energy body balancing and replenishing with each breath and words of affirmation spoken in honor of you.
Mudras are a subtle hand gestures to guide the energy and expand the consciousness, helping you to tune into your physical body as well as awakening what is called the energy body.

Can't commit to the full series? That's ok, for each evening the cost is = $20
You can etransfer Krystyna either the full series fee, or just for the evenings you will be able to attend.
