Breathe Into Being: A 4-Week Somatic Breathwork Series
Starting Tuesday March 3 - Tuesday March 24th (Every Tuesday evening for 4 weeks)
Join Tara Evans for Breathe Into Being, a deeply nourishing 4-week somatic breathwork series designed to support presence, connection, and inner spaciousness.
This in-person series invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body through guided somatic breathwork, intentional themes, and gentle integration. Each session builds upon the last, offering a supportive journey inward—without force or pressure—allowing insight, release, and clarity to unfold naturally.
Each week explores a unique theme:
Week 1: Gratitude
Ground into the body and open to appreciation, creating space for what is ready to be released.
Week 2: Connection
Deepen your relationship with yourself and feel a sense of belonging within and beyond the breath.
Week 3: Acceptance
Soften self-judgment and meet yourself with compassion and presence.
Week 4: Abundance
Expand into possibility, ease, and trust, allowing abundance to flow with greater clarity and openness.
This series is suitable for both beginners and experienced breathers. If you’re feeling stressed, disconnected, or craving a more embodied sense of calm and joy, Breathe Into Being offers a safe, grounding space to come home to yourself.
