🌿 Spring AwakeningA One-Day Yoga Retreat
Saturday, April 11 | Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness | Grande Prairie - 9am-4pm, Cost: $185+gst, 12 spots available.
As the earth begins to soften and awaken after winter, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your own sense of renewal.
Spring is a season of fresh energy, gentle growth, and new beginnings. During this one-day retreat we will move, breathe, reflect, and create space for what is ready to emerge within us.
Through grounding yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, creative expression, and a deeply restorative Reiki and sound journey, you’ll be supported in releasing the heaviness of winter and planting new intentions for the season ahead.
Together we will slow down, reconnect to ourselves, and nurture the seeds of what we wish to grow.
Participants will create a hand-painted watercolor sleeve for their pot and plant a seed of intention, taking home a living reminder of the energy they are cultivating this spring.
This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking renewal, inspiration, rest, and meaningful connection.

9:00 – 9:30 AM
Welcome Tea + Opening Circle
Arrive into a warm and welcoming space with tea and light refreshments.
We will open the day with a grounding meditation and intention setting to connect with the energy of spring and renewal.
9:30 – 10:30 AM
Spring Awakening Yoga Flow
A gentle yet energizing yoga practice designed to awaken the body after winter.
Through mindful movement and breath, we will invite fresh energy into the body while cultivating presence and openness.
10:30 – 10:45 AM
Tea + Snack Break
10:45 – 12:00 PM
Reflection Workshop: Seeds of Intention
Through guided journaling and reflection, you will explore what is ready to be released and what new intentions are ready to grow in your life.
We will then move into a creative ritual where you will paint a watercolor sleeve for your plant pot and plant a seed representing your personal intention for the season ahead.

Enjoy time to rest, connect with others, and nourish your body.

Breathwork + Guided Meditation
A gentle breathwork experience designed to clear stagnant energy and reconnect you to your inner vitality, followed by a calming meditation.

Tea Break

Restorative Yoga, Reiki + Sound Bath Journey
Sink into deep rest through restorative yoga while receiving Reiki energy healing and a sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
3:45 – 4:00 PM
Closing Circle
We will gather together to reflect on the day and close our retreat with gratitude and intention
