Spring Reset: A Body-Based Release ExperienceFeeling restless, heavy, or just not quite yourself lately?
Let’s get out of your head and back into your body!
Springtime has a way of bringing things to the surface —
that sense that something feels off, stuck, or ready to shift.
This isn’t about thinking your way through it.
This is a space to move it.
This workshop is designed to help you release what’s been building and reconnect with yourself in a real, grounded way — through your body, not your mind.
Because your body has things to say... and it doesn’t use words.
What we’ll move through:
-breathwork
-somatic release
-guided meditation with reiki and sound
-gentle, accessible movement
-a free-flow movement and dance experience to shake things off
This is a chance to shake off winter and feel
Lighter.
Looser.
More playful.
A little reset.
Everything that shows up is part of the process.
You don’t need to manage it, fix it, or figure it out.
You just have to be willing to listen.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Andrea Salway is a therapist, feminine embodiment guide, and the founder of Beyond Therapy and Root to Rise.
She works with women—especially cycle breakers, mothers, and those navigating identity shifts—who are ready to stop overriding themselves and start listening inward.
Her work blends clinical training with body-based and holistic practices like somatic healing, Reiki, and yoga, supporting women in regulating their nervous systems, reconnecting with themselves, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Andrea’s approach is grounded, intuitive, and deeply human—focused not just on understanding your story, but actually shifting how you relate to it.
