A guided journey into deep rest with Dani!Unwind & Restore is a two-hour restorative experience created to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease.
In a world that constantly asks us to stay busy, alert, and productive, true rest can be surprisingly difficult to access. This offering isn’t about forcing relaxation or doing rest “right.” Instead, we’ll create the conditions that allow your body and mind to gradually soften and let go.
The experience begins with gentle, choice-based somatic movement designed to help release built-up tension and support the nervous system in downshifting. From there, you’ll be guided into deeply supported restorative postures where the body can rest without effort. We’ll close with a long, grounding Yoga Nidra, led by voice, to support deep relaxation, integration, and nervous system reset.
Participants will receive a small, thoughtfully chosen take-home offering as a quiet reminder of the experience.
This is a space to arrive exactly as you are.
No experience needed. No expectations.
Just an invitation to unwind, restore, and rest.
Especially supportive for those navigating stress, burnout, busy schedules, difficulty slowing down, or sleep challenges.
