Join Us for a Nourishing Wellness DayTake a pause from the busyness of everyday life and gift yourself a day of relaxation, connection, and renewal.
Our Wellness Day is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and immerse in practices that support your mind, body, and spirit.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and mindful activities, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired.
Enjoy a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, connect with like-minded people, and receive a special gift to take home as a meaningful reminder of the magic and wellbeing you experienced throughout the day
Whether you’re new to yoga or already have an established practice, this day is open to everyone.Come as you are and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply nourished.

This retreat offers a gentle blend of movement, stillness, and creative connection—an invitation to soften, reset, and return to yourself. Through mindful practices and shared experience, you’ll be supported to slow down, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and inspired.
9:30am – 9:15am | Arrival & Welcome Drinks
Arrive into a calm and welcoming space with refreshing drinks, gentle music, and a soothing atmosphere. A moment to slow down, settle your energy, and ease into the experience.
9:15am – 9:25am | Intention Setting
A grounding opening circle where we come together as a group, gently connect, and set personal intentions for the day ahead—creating space for clarity, reflection, and transformation.
9:25am – 10:25am | Yoga Practice
A nourishing and accessible yoga session suitable for all levels. This practice is designed to gently awaken the body, release tension, build strength and flexibility, and bring you into a deeper connection with yourself through mindful movement.
10:25am – 10.35am | Guided Breathwork (10 minutes)
A short but powerful breathwork practice to calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and integrate the yoga session—leaving you feeling centred, grounded, and refreshed.
Break (10 mins)
A short pause to refresh, reset, and integrate the experience so far.
10:35pm – 11:35pm | Let Go & Step Into Your New Future
You’ll be guided through a powerful process to let go of what’s holding you back and release limiting beliefs, old stories, and emotional blocks through a symbolic fire ritual. Then step into your future through visualisation, creating clarity, empowerment, and renewed direction.
11:35am – 12:25pm | Nourishing Brunch
A wholesome and beautifully prepared brunch designed to refuel the body and uplift energy. Enjoy a relaxed and social moment, connecting with others while experiencing mindful nourishment in a peaceful setting.
12:25pm – 1:25pm | Creative Art & Self-Expression
A guided creative workshop inviting you to explore self-expression in a safe and supportive space. Through colour, texture, and intuitive flow, this session encourages emotional release, creativity, and reconnection with your inner self—no experience needed.
1:25pm – 1:1.40pm | Yin Yoga
Slow grounding practice to invite stillness, helping the mind settle and breath deepen
1.40pm – 2.10 I Sound Bath
A deeply relaxing experience, simply lie back, listen, and allow yourself to be carried into stillness
2:10pm – 2:30pm | Closing Circle | Tea & Gentle Farewell
Close the day with a soothing tea and a gentle transition back into your evening, leaving with a sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
